Scheduling Your Appointment

Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online on our home page menu option titled Book Online. Our online scheduling system allows you to request appointments at your convenience, anytime.

Stay Connected with Healow

We use the Healow app to securely communicate with our patients. Through the app, you can send and receive secure messages, view your health information, access visit summaries and test results and manage appointments. Download the Healow App

You will receive text message appointment reminders, email reminders and patient portal reminders.

New Patient Arrival

If you are a new patient and have not completed your online registration forms, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in and paperwork.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which must be paid before rescheduling.

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment (no-show) will also be charged a $75 no-show fee, which must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Patients who demonstrate a pattern of frequent cancellations and/or rescheduling may, in extreme circumstances, be dismissed from the practice.

Continuity of care is paramount to our providers’ ability to effectively manage your health and provide the highest quality care possible. Keeping scheduled appointments allows us to monitor your progress, address concerns promptly, and ensure the best possible health outcomes.
